Stunning oceanfront views and relaxing atmosphere
We had a marvelous 3-night stay at this beachfront gem! Our room was a King Suite with Ocean View, perfect for soaking in gorgeous sunrise views over the crystal-clear water. The location was ideal for beach access, and the tropical pool area was beautifully landscaped, providing a serene retreat. One drawback was the upkeep in some communal areas, which could use more attention. Overall, a fantastic experience worth revisiting!

The beachfront views were stunning. I loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying the spacious area. It had plenty of loungers and a great ambiance. The staff was friendly and offered good recommendations for local dining options. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. However, the room conditions were inconsistent. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the internet service had issues, which was frustrating. Some amenities felt outdated, and parking could be a hassle with the pass policy. Overall, the location is fantastic for a beach getaway, but a few improvements are needed regarding the facility and service consistency.

The homemade jams at breakfast were a revelation. I couldn't get enough! Plus, our room had this stunning ocean view that was picture-perfect, and the drinks service was top-notch. Truly felt like a slice of island paradise!
The staff only works from 7am to 7pm, which left us hanging a bit when we needed assistance after hours. Also, I wish they had beachside cabanas as advertised. that would have totally elevated the vibe.

Gorgeous ocean view from the King Suite creates an unforgettable backdrop during your stay. The spacious suite features a large balcony perfect for evening relaxation, not to mention easy access to the beach, making it a solid choice for a beachfront escape.
The suite shows signs of wear, with dated furniture that could use a modern touch. The sliding door had issues closing properly, which was a hassle. Uncomfortable mattresses left me tossing and turning. The lack of coffee and a poorly lit AC control made some aspects of our stay less convenient. Lighting in the unit didn't do much for nighttime comfort, letting in more brightness than expected from the blinds.

The beachfront location of Bali Hai is fantastic. Direct access to the beach made it easy to spend the day soaking up the sun and enjoying the waves. The saltwater pool was a highlight. it felt refreshing and was well maintained. The courtyard area offered chairs and grill setups that made for a nice evening outside. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, getting us settled quickly. We appreciated the easy access to bikes for exploring the island. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. Our room needed some updates. the furniture appeared dated, and the kitchen lacked sufficient supplies for cooking. We experienced issues with the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work well at all during our stay. The parking pass policy seemed problematic. we almost got towed due to unclear instructions about where to display the pass. I also noticed that the staff were not available after 7 PM, which made it difficult to resolve issues at night. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, the property could greatly benefit from renovations and clearer communication regarding policies.
